Darcy Neighbors
Founder | CEO

As founder and CEO, Darcy has led the firm for more than three decades. First and foremost, Darcy thrives on creating successes for our clients — making measurable differences in their bottom lines. She loves the energy created by working with a number of clients in all kinds of industries, from law firms and financial companies, to a fitness club and an international vehicle production company. Darcy earned her business degree from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and has a distinctive record of community involvement and service, most notably when she was declared UNLV Lee Business School’s 2013 Alumna of the Year.

Darren Hankel
Principal

Darren is a longtime principal with the firm, and after years of successfully filling nearly all the roles at the agency, he now spends most of his time on the digital side of the house. From conceiving and building websites, to planning and orchestrating strategies for building an effective online presence, Darren enjoys all things digital. He also serves as lead on certain accounts. He earned his business degree, with an emphasis in marketing, from University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Don Pursell
Principal

As one of the firm’s principals, Don has seen and done just about every role involving client accounts. Most days, he can be found writing content for client projects, drafting proposals for prospective clients, creating account strategies and proofreading everything that moves. He is passionate about applying tried and true principles of strategic marketing that work no matter the industry or circumstance. Don earned his MBA in strategic marketing from Old Dominion University and undergraduate degrees in international business and French.

Brooke Snelling
Chief Strategy Officer

As chief strategy officer, Brooke leads client strategy, agency direction and leadership alignment across the firm. She partners closely with the founder to strengthen strategic consistency, elevate performance standards and build the systems needed for sustainable growth. With nearly two decades of experience spanning in-house marketing and agency leadership, Brooke has guided organizations across legal, healthcare, consumer services and B2B industries through complex growth and brand evolution. She is known for combining big-picture thinking with operational clarity, reducing founder dependency while empowering teams to lead confidently. Brooke earned her degree in marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and has built her career at the intersection of strategy, leadership and long-term brand development.

Adriana Mendoza
Creative Director

Adriana, the firm’s creative director, is fueled with a never-ending supply of natural, genuine creative juices. Clients love the work she performs and the projects she brings to life. No matter the need — from a website to a special event invitation — Adriana works from within to transform any idea into reality. One of her hallmarks is having the ability to create and maintain brand consistency for our clients. Adriana’s natural talent was taken to an even higher level by attending Atemajac Valley University in Mexico.

Kayla Wilson
Director of Operations

As the firm’s director of operations, Kayla manages and handles the daily business operations of the company, working closely with department heads and supervisors to support the day-to-day activity of employees. A native Las Vegan, Kayla earned a degree in business management from Azusa Pacific University and an MBA from Trident University. With that solid base, combined with her Google Ads certifications, she is passionate about and capable of delivering results based on clients’ brands and business goals.

SONNY NEIGHBORS
Controller

Sonny is the controller at CIM Marketing Partners, but around the office, he’s known as the steady hand that keeps the gears turning. While he manages everything from billing and direct mail to complex administrative logistics, it’s his civil engineering background that truly sets him apart. He approaches every budget and process with the precision of a master builder, ensuring that behind every creative campaign is a rock-solid foundation. Sonny’s dependable, calm-under-pressure nature makes him a vital teammate who ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

DAVID LAWSON
Client Manager

Meet our client manager, David Lawson, who brings a unique and creative approach to every project. With a penchant for thinking outside the box, David consistently delivers innovative solutions. David lives by the mantra, “What's the best that can happen?” This optimistic outlook fuels his drive to push boundaries and explore untapped potential. David’s diverse background includes numerous years in the music business, and he also played an instrumental role in Tony Hsieh’s $350 million revitalization project of Downtown Las Vegas, creating and operating a company that earned recognition from the City of Las Vegas for their outstanding work in the community. Beyond the office, David is an avid reader, hosts a morning talk radio show on weekends, and is involved in the world of professional wrestling, lending his talents both behind the scenes and as an on-air host.

CHANTAL SORIANO
Client Manager

Chantal is a client manager at CIM Marketing Partners, where she leverages her expertise in client relations and strategic marketing to deliver exceptional service and customized solutions. With a strong track record in managing complex projects and fostering long-term relationships, she excels at understanding client needs and achieving successful outcomes. Chantal began her career in the Clark County School District, where her passion for community engagement shaped her approach to marketing and client relations. Prior to joining CIM, she gained valuable experience in the personal injury legal field, bringing a hands-on, strategic mindset to ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. Outside of work, Chantal enjoys concerts, movie nights, and traveling, but her greatest joy comes from spending quality time with her son and family.

NAVÉ MARQUEZ
Project Manager

While Navé has the job title of project manager, she is so much more than that to the CIM team. In her role, Navé contributes to projects for virtually every client we serve, in addition to directly managing certain accounts. She is passionate about working with a team to exceed clients’ goals, and contributing to that overall success further energizes her to continually learn and grow. Clients know and trust Navé as one who will bring suggestions and solutions to the table. Navé earned her office administration AAS degree from Amarillo College, her business management BS degree from University of Phoenix, and project management MS degree from University of Southern California.

KIANA VILLARUEL
Project Manager

Kiana Villaruel is a project manager at CIM Marketing Partners, where she oversees the planning, coordination and execution of marketing projects. She works closely with clients and internal teams to keep deliverables on track, communication clear and projects moving efficiently from start to finish. With a background in content development, proofreading and editing, Kiana brings a detail-oriented and organized approach to every project. She is passionate about helping teams stay aligned and supporting impactful marketing initiatives. Kiana is a Las Vegas native and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

SOFIA NUÑO
Marketing Specialist

Sofia Nuño is a marketing specialist who focuses on social media strategy and content creation. She earned her degree in Communications from Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico and spent six years living there, gaining a unique perspective on culture and communication. Sofia is passionate about storytelling, brand voice and creating content that’s both engaging and effective. When she’s not working, you’ll probably find her on the tennis court, trying a new restaurant or planning her next trip.

SAM WARDER
Digital Marketing Manager

Sam is a digital marketing manager and technology enthusiast, who is passionate about leveraging data-driven strategies to create impactful marketing campaigns. He earned his BS in business administration with an emphasis in marketing and business analytics from the University of Nevada, Reno. When he is not busy crafting digital campaigns, Sam can be found on the golf course. He is also passionate about trying new restaurants and traveling around.

Digital Project Manager

Bryan is a digital project manager at CIM Marketing Partners, bringing over 15 years of expertise as a Certified Digital Marketing Consultant. His passion for digital marketing strategy, web design and branding shines through in his ability to craft compelling projects that boost client visibility and engagement. Bryan's proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS and print production enables him to deliver personalized, innovative solutions. With a knack for fostering collaborative creativity, Bryan works to ensure we meet and exceed client expectations with every project.

CLARINDA BUI
Email Developer

Clarinda is an email developer in CIM’s digital department. While her title is specific, her skillset and daily work reach beyond that boundary to include web development, coding and performing updates for our clients’ sites. Clarinda is passionate about anything involving technology. She loves trying new foods, traveling and pandas. In her spare time, she can be found playing video games. She also loves collecting pens and mugs. Clarinda earned a diploma in Networking & Electronics, as well as certificates in Business Technology & Accounting and Front-End Web Development.

RYAN PRESCOTT
Web Developer | Graphic Designer

Ryan is a graphic designer who is passionate about creating projects that are effective, ones that truly make a difference once completed. His talents are evident as he moves from conception/visualization through full production. Ryan earned a BA in visual communications with an emphasis in graphic design and communications, and he uses that training for a range of graphic design, web design, web development and commercial printing projects. Away from CIM, he loves the outdoors – camping, hiking, trail running and coaching kids’ soccer. Fun fact: Ryan has a fraternal (not identical) brother!

VICKI ULEP
Graphic Designer

As a graphic designer, Vicki’s aesthetic approach involves building visual experiences in a tasteful, functional, and meaningful matter for brands and audiences. She is a passionate individual who loves to explore various styles, ideas and mediums, keeping her creatively inspired. One of her favorite quotes is by Maya Angelou: “You can't use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.” She believes if you continue to learn new things, evolve and put in the work to hone your craft, you can do more with your creativity. When Vicki is not designing, she trains with her family as a Taekwondo martial artist, draws with her kids and loves to hang out with family on the weekends.

Carlos Cabrera-Trejo
Graphic Designer

Carlos Cabrera-Trejo is a graphic designer at CIM Marketing Partners. He earned his degree in Graphic Design from the Universidad del Valle de México in 2003 and founded his own advertising agency in 2008. Through that work, he collaborated with national and international brands such as MARS, HENKEL and 3M. Throughout his career, Carlos has also taken on roles across different industries, which broadened his perspective and strengthened his administrative and managerial skills. His passion for advertising, music and art has remained at the core of his professional path. His work particularly stands out in branding, editorial design and digital illustration. As a personal achievement, he also wrote a film script that was selected for a screenwriting support program by the Instituto Mexicano de Cinematografía.
